Innovation management is multi-faceted task that affects every corner of cutting-edge organizations. The Human Brain Project consortium represents one of these organizations, as its powerful infrastructure EBRAINS is already showing how innovation and technology change in neuroscience and neurocomputing can be achieved from basic research and scientific processes. The programme does not only include core aspects of innovation practice, trying to cover both operational and strategic perspectives, but also useful insights on exploitation planning, reflections on new forms of open innovation, fundamentals of technology watch and business intelligence.
