The HBP Student Representatives & Ambassadors, supported by the HBP Education Programme, invite you to a virtual coffee/tea break featuring talks by young researchers for young researchers. Two 10-minute talks are followed by an interactive Q&A session with the audience.
The 7th HBP Tea & Slides session will feature talks by Maria Del Vecchio (Italian National Research Council) and Christian Pehle (University of Heidelberg).
Maria will present her paper on "The neural correlates of tactile awareness".
Christian will talk about his paper on "EventProp: Backpropagation for Exact Gradients in Spiking Neural Networks" and will present a novel learning algorithm that computes exact gradients for spiking neural networks: EventProp.
