FENS Forum 2018 - Technical Workshop: Investigating neural substrates of perception and cognition with large-scale data

Understanding how brain activity underlies perception, behavior, and cognition requires investigating neural networks at multiple spatial and temporal scales. Advances in electrical recording, optical imaging, and transgenic technology now permit the collection of staggering amounts of physiological data. This technical workshop will describe large-scale efforts to systematically collect, curate, analyze and model in vivo neural activity in the rodent brain during sensation and behavior.
