Spanish Innovation Community

The Spanish HBP National Innovation Community was launched on 14 Dec 2019 at the Ministry of Science & Research, in Madrid. It was joined by companies and industrial associations from sectors as biotechnology, pharma or bioinformatics, and by biomedical institutions. Several meetings took place along the project during which there was a very fruitful interaction between the Community members and the different HBP teams, some of these meeting recordings are available below, in the “past events” section.

Once the Spanish community was launched, three more communities were initiated in Belgium, France and Switzerland. In the last phase of the project the concept of EBRAINS National Node substituted the activity of the Innovation communities, thus offering a more clear picture of the communities landscape and avoiding overlapping.
